These terms apply when you use onlinemarketplacesolution.com or buy services from Online Marketplace Solution, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Quotes and scope

Every job is based on a written quote shared on WhatsApp or email. It states the work, price, delivery time and revisions. Work outside the quote is new work and is quoted before we start.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices on this website are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST unless stated. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Jobs under ₹10,000 are paid in advance. Jobs of ₹10,000 or more: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Websites: 30% to start, 40% on design approval, 30% before go-live. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.
  • We may change website prices for future orders. A quote you have accepted does not change.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) and start when we have received payment and everything we need from you (photos, details, access). Marketplace review times are outside our control and are not counted.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that product details, claims, certifications, brand names and images you give us are true and that you have the right to use them.
  • You give us limited user access to seller accounts where the job needs it. Never share passwords or OTPs with us.
  • You are responsible for your products, pricing, stock, customer service, taxes and compliance with marketplace policies and law.

5. What we don't promise

Marketplaces decide approvals, rankings, buy box, ad performance and policy actions. We do not guarantee any rank, sales figure, approval or result that depends on a marketplace or on buyers. We do guarantee that our work matches the agreed scope and the marketplace's published rules at the time of delivery.

6. Ownership

After full payment, you own the content, images, designs and website we make for you. Domains are registered in your name. We may use a job as a portfolio example only with your written permission. Third-party items (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain under their own licences.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your sales data, product plans, account information and documents confidential, and use them only to do your job. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

8. Refunds and cancellation

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, marketplace account actions caused by your own products or practices, or downtime of third-party services.

10. Independence

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO or any other marketplace. Their names are used only to describe the services we offer.

11. Disputes

We will try to resolve any problem by talking first. If that fails, disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, under Indian law.
