Who is behind Online Marketplace Solution?

Do you work with sellers outside Gujarat?
Yes. All work is done online, over WhatsApp, calls and shared folders, for sellers anywhere in India.
I am a new seller. Where should I start?
Usually with Complete Listing for your best 3 to 5 products (text, 7 images and upload). It costs less than buying the parts separately, and gives you correct pages from day one. Send us your product list and we will suggest a plan.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. Most work is one-time: per SKU, per style or per website. Monthly plans are optional, have no lock-in, and stop with 15 days’ notice.
How do payments work?
UPI or bank transfer, with a GST invoice. Work under ₹10,000 is paid in advance. For ₹10,000 or more, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Websites are paid 30% / 40% / 30% across start, design approval and go-live.
What happens after delivery?
Every job has a free fix period: 30 days for listings and images, 60 to 120 days for websites. On WhatsApp you get a reply within 2 working hours. See support and after-service.
