This policy explains how Online Marketplace Solution ("we") handles personal information, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and if you choose, email, business name, a link and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser type, to block spam.
- WhatsApp, calls and email: what you send us.
- Clients: business details needed for invoices (name, address, GSTIN) and the files and access you give us for the job.
- This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To do the work you ordered, invoice you and provide support.
- To meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who can see it
Only our team. Our website and enquiry records are hosted on Cloudflare. We share information with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become orders are deleted after 12 months. Client and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Seller account access is removed when the job ends; you can also remove it any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by messaging +91 98984 44166 or emailing support@onlinemarketplacesolution.com. We respond within 7 working days.
