Amazon questions

Will my product reach page 1 after you optimise it?

No one can honestly promise a rank. Amazon decides placement from sales, reviews, price, stock and ads too. What we promise is that your listing will use the search terms buyers actually type, pass Amazon's rules, and answer the questions that stop people from buying. We share before-and-after numbers from your own account so you can judge the result yourself.

Do you need my Seller Central password?

No. You add us as a user from Settings → User Permissions with only the access the job needs. You can remove us any time. We never ask for your password, bank details or OTP.

I don't have a trademark. Can I still get A+ Content?

A+ Content and Brand Store need Amazon Brand Registry, which needs a trademark application or registration. If you have applied for a trademark, we can file Brand Registry using the application number. Trademark filing itself is done by a registered attorney; we can refer you.

Do you handle FBA shipments?

No. We don't create FBA shipments, prepare stock or manage warehousing. Our work is your catalogue, content, images, ads and day-to-day account care.

Are you an Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) partner?

No. We are an independent team of sellers. We run our own brand on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO, and we do the same work for other sellers.

How do I pay?

Per-SKU work under ₹10,000 is paid in advance by UPI or bank transfer. For ₹10,000 or more, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. You get a GST invoice for every payment.
