Flipkart questions

Why do Flipkart listings need a different approach from Amazon?

Flipkart shows fewer words and relies more on filters. If attributes like material, pack of, size or colour are empty, your product disappears when a buyer taps a filter. We fill every attribute and keep titles in Flipkart's brand + model + key detail format, so listings also pass QC faster.

My listings keep getting rejected in QC. Can you fix that?

Yes. QC rejection fixes are ₹299 per SKU, and free for 30 days on any listing we created. Most rejections come from wrong images, wrong category or missing brand approval.

Do you need my Seller Hub password?

No. You add us as a user with limited access, and can remove us at any time. We never ask for your password, bank details or OTP.

Can you run Flipkart ads?

Yes, in the Account + Ads plan. We manage up to ₹75,000 of monthly ad spend for a fixed fee. The spend itself is paid by you to Flipkart.

How do I pay?

Per-SKU work under ₹10,000 is paid in advance by UPI or bank transfer. For ₹10,000 or more, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. GST invoice for every payment.
