What we need from you

  • GSTIN, PAN, bank account in the business name, pickup address
  • Brand documents: trademark application/certificate or brand authorisation
  • Style list with fabric, sizes, colours and MRP, plus photos
  • A separate login for us in the seller panel, which you can change any time

Not included

  • AJIO decides who is approved
  • Images (see Fashion image pack)

How it runs, step by step

Nothing goes live until you approve it. You see every draft on WhatsApp.

  1. Day 0–1

    Document check

    We check your documents and styles before you pay.

  2. Day 1

    Payment and data

    You pay and send the style details.

  3. Day 2–4

    Catalogue sheet

    We fill AJIO’s bulk sheet with every attribute and size chart.

  4. Day 4–5

    Your review

    2 rounds of changes.

  5. Day 5+

    Upload and QC

    We upload and follow up until live.

Paid to start: ₹9,439. Orders under ₹10,000 are paid in advance. For ₹10,000 or more: 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
